Hi guys! I am a student from Norway, who has applied for the 6-year MD course.

I have my interview soon, and I am very nervous:P For those of you who already have taken it.. Was it hard? How was the questions in biology, chemistry and physics? Do you have to answer the questions very detailed, or is the general stuff ok? Do I have to learn about a plants physiology, or is the mans enough? Please help me calm my nerves, guys. Thank you :)

I am going to be sophmore in HS i had an A in bio all year !! and this year chemistry and if i have an A or B in that and physics will i be accepted is the interview to be something to be worried about? how long is it? is it just one ? Hey

So I'm aware this question has been asked before but I'm seeking another sort of answer. So I'm aware for the interview they will most likely ask me basic questions like I wanna come here or why do you wanna be a dentist (applying for 5 DMD by the way). I also know they will be asking me bio/chem questions and the real question I have is what topics are these questions going to be on? Like i know my general bio and chem stuff but I would like to know what I would have to study specifically to ensure I do somewhat decent on this interview.

I am currently in my third year in high school in Chicago and I am interested in the Dental program at lodz
I am polish and also english
Recent marks in biology A and A
Chemistry B and C

Physics will be taken senior year 4 year and next year I will be taking Ap bio and anatomy also latin
What would be my chance of getting in?

Questions about the SKYPE interview

Hello :)

Well, Im going to have a Skype interview soon. In the email that I got, it says that my answers should be typed. Does that include even the first part? where they will ask med about my personality, motivation etc...

The second question is, I have tried with the sample questions but found that I could answer like half of them only. I could answer all of them before but I forgot alot. So I am a bit worried and wonder if that would be a disaster if I would skip some questions?

And the last question, does any one knows how many applicants applied this year for the 5-year DMD program and how many will get accepted? If not, what about last year?

Questions regarding six yr application, interview email, & skype/entrance exam

Good Afternoon, I just submitted my application for the six year medical program to Lodz. Did you provide a clearance record with your application? How long until you receive an email with details regarding the interview? Can someone that has completed or is being interviewed in less than a week give details on questions the committee might ask or what you are studying? So far I have read threads on cell structure, components of an atom, orbital configuration, gravity, and even questions on the specific field you want to practice ex: pediatrician. Do you need an agent in order to find residency in the US? Any Americans reading find a good residency placement? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi all,
I have been accepted to 6yr MD program at Lodz and I am so excited to start school!
However I am missing a part of my required documents - school leaving certificate.
I have graduated school in Canada so I have a Canadian highschool diploma and transcript.

Does anyone know where I could get a school leaving certificate?

Problem with racism in Lodz for Arab and any brown/black skinned students!!

Huge problem with racism for Arab and any brown/black skinned students in this city. This city is not safe for such students especially at night due to these big guys with shaved heads walking around who are just looking to start fights with such students :( Be careful!
